of employees ranked soft skills as the most sought-after skill. Yet, our education system emphasises academic and professional qualifications
As the current education system revolves only around these benchmarks, too many students of the B40 community feel lost after graduating high school or end up dropping out. This stagnation only leads to reduced employability that continues to affect their circumstances.

Our ProgrammesImpian Kencana is organising a continual series of workshops specialising in soft skills and design thinking.
