What is a Faccilator?
Facilitators guide students in small groups to master the skills presented within a selected P360° workshop. As a Facilitator, you will help build a fun learning environmentfor our students, actively engage with them to achieve their learning objectives, and assist with their work on-site.
There are 3 core workshop modules happening in different months:
September: Confidence workshop
October: Technical workshop
November: Problem-Solving workshop.

Facilitators can select which workshop they would like to facilitate.
Who are we looking for?
In general, if you are passionate about teachingand leading youths, we want you! Depending on the selected workshop, desired qualities include:
Confidence Workshop:
Passionate or have experience in psychology.
Technical Workshop:
Proficiency in Canva, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides
Problem-Solving Workshop:
Familiarity with contemporary soft skills such as design thinking, research or project execution.
Commitment
Half an hour per week
