Who do you call when you need to recruit talent and sort out the nitty-gritty of keeping an organisation running? The Human Resources team serves a support role and is also the first point of contact for talents. We aim to select and nurture talents during their time with us.

Its mission-supporting objectives are: representing Impian Kencana in engagements with a solid value proposition, developing use cases of opportunities for potential collaborations, and supporting collaborations to maintain a strong, mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem.
